The Recap Press is a sustainable, family-run business with a simple but powerful mission: to make the world a cleaner and greener place—one keychain at a time. Founded by two high school students from Bergen County Academies, Katie Chung and Chloe Chung, our business is built on the belief that small actions can lead to big changes.

 

We take something often overlooked—used bottle caps—and transform them into stylish, eco-friendly keychains. Each keychain is made by hand, using recycled materials to create unique, one-of-a-kind accessories that can be attached to anything from keys to bags to backpacks. Not only do these keychains serve as functional accessories, but they also make a statement about sustainability and the importance of reusing and repurposing materials.
